Please log in the Electronic Submission System; ( .pdf only) to submit your full paper or you can submit directly via email iccei_conf@163.com.
Please follow the Specific Template when preparing your paper. Full papers submissions should be with at least 5 pages.
The paper length should be more than 4 pages and less than 12 pages.
For those who're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference, which will be sent to at least two techinical committees for a brief review, and it will take about 10 working days. Only abstracts of fully registered participants will be printed in the conference program.

2. Upon submitting their abstract, authors will be asked to choose between an oral presentation or a poster presentation.
3. All abstracts submitted to the conference will go through a peer-review process carried out by the conference Scientific Committee. The highest-scoring abstracts will be selected for short oral talks or for presentation in the poster sessions.
4. All presenting authors (for oral or poster presentation) will be notified via email.
Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are strictly prohibited. Submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism. If plagiarism is discovered, the paper will be rejected or removed from the program and all authors will be reported to their affiliations.
